Privacy notice

Last updated: 8 October 2026. This is a short practical notice — not legal advice. A lawyer should confirm it suits your jurisdiction and how you actually work.

Who we are

Alto Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”) operates this website. To reach us, use the enquiry form on the home page.

What this site collects

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, and a message. Submitting it sends those details to our business inbox so we can reply. Cloudflare Turnstile runs with the form to reduce spam, and Cloudflare processes that check. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies on this site today.

How we use enquiries

If you send an enquiry, we use that information to reply and discuss your project. Messages are delivered to our business inbox and are handled like ordinary correspondence.

Retention

Emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the conversation or project, then deleted or archived with our normal email practices. Hosting providers may keep standard server logs for a short period for security and operations.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. We only share enquiry information with people who need it to help deliver the work (for example a collaborator on your project), or if the law requires it.

Your choices

To ask about an enquiry you sent, or to request that we delete a message we still hold, send another note through the form on the home page.

Changes

We may update this notice if how the site works changes. The date at the top will change when we do.
